RoboPod Configurations

RoboPod can be configured in a number of ways:

  • Rotary Table - Parts can be loaded by hand and transferred into the Pod for the robot to process.  

The operator unloads and loads whilst the robot processes the workpiece.


  • Shuttle/draw slide - The operator loads the component parts onto the work fixture; the slide is then transferred into the robot area for processing.

The operator can undertake other work whilst the robot processes the workpiece.


  • Linked - Two or more Robopods can be linked together.

  • Conveyor - A continually moving or indexing conveyor transfers workpieces into and out of the robot area for processing.

  • Specially configured - Robopod can be specially configured and engineered to suit awkward components and processes.
